Our cleaning company was inspired by Vanilla, such a delicate orchid, which emanates one of the friendliest aromas that remind us of home, homemade cookies, clean clothes and sheets, and everything that makes us feel good.
We chose the name Vanilla, to represent us, since our wish is that you feel all that tranquility when you arrive at your spaces, clean and organized.

We mop hardwood, tile, and linoleum floors. We’ll also clean dirty baseboards.
Disinfecting
We disinfect toilets, kitchen countertops and doorknobs.
Clean
We clean and scrub bathroom faucets, sinks, mirrors, vanities, countertops and surrounding areas.

Refrigerator cleaning

You can schedule your service in 2 ways:
- Occasional: Schedule it once or from time to time.
- Recurring: program your service with weekly or fortnightly recurrence, receive it on the same days, at the same time and with the same person.
To reserve:
- Navigate to our website or app
- Choose the date you require.
- We’ll get in touch and coordinate all the details.
- Make your payment with a debit/credit card.
- Your service will be scheduled and you will see the information of the assigned person.
What activities does the services include?
What you hire is time, not activities.
So, within the time you hire you will be able to manage the activities according to your priorities for your cleaning.

How long in advance should I schedule my service?

Do you carry cleaning materials? What materials do I need?

Who will come to my service?
Once your reservation is complete, you will see the information of the person assigned to your household.
What happens if the professional arrives a little late?
Don’t worry, the time starts counting from their arrival at your home until the contracted time ends.
What happens if I cancel my service?
If the service is canceled a day before or the same day, a fee will be charged. penalty of the total value of the service to cover the fees implied by the realization of the same. If we arrive and no one receives our staff, the full charge for the service will be made.
